This large Glengowrie allotment allowed for a generous rear extension with a huge kitchen/living area, outdoor kitchen and entertaining, pool and spa. Positioned in the character-residential zone of Glengowrie, the original home was brought back to life with a refurbishment that made the most of it’s high ceilings, spacious bedrooms, character and charm.
